All of Herbal Fantasy orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days that is not applied to standard shipping time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. All Domestic order orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After we review the payment for the order has been authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 10 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our top priority is to make sure our customers have the best sales experience possible and we are here to help.

 

We offer a 30 day Refund or Exchange on all Retail Products (non-hygienic items) that are unused, unaltered, free of all damages by customer. Security seals are placed on each item during production and should be kept intact upon return. We DO NOT ACCEPT opened items to be returned for the safety of all our clients. After the full inspection of all returned items, HERBAL FANTASY will issue a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit (with the exception of shipping costs if any) within 14 days. 

We offer a 21 day Exchange or Store Credit on all hygienic items such as oils, soaps, body butters, sponges etc that are unused, unaltered, free of all damages by customer. Security seals are placed on each item during production and should be kept intact upon return. We DO NOT ACCEPT opened items to be returned for the safety of all our clients. After the full inspection of all returned items, HERBAL FANTASY will issue a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit (with the exception of shipping costs if any) within 14 days.

We offer 21 day Exchange or Store Credit on all “Fantasy Boxes” and “Yoni Boxes”. HERBAL FANTASY can not offer a Refund for boxes. Boxes include hygienic products which are NON REFUNDABLE. Customers can only separate the bundled items from the boxes for Exchange with other “box only” products. Only products that are unused, unaltered, free of all damages by customer can be Exchanged or issued Store Credit. Security seals are placed on each item during production and should be kept intact upon return. We DO NOT ACCEPT  opened items to be returned for the safety of all our clients. After the full inspection of all returned items, HERBAL FANTASY will issue an Exchange or Store Credit (with the exception of shipping costs if any) within 14 days. 

 

When booking services or events with HERBAL FANTASY we require a Booking Deposit Fee (All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you have already paid for the service in full HERBAL FANTASY will issue a Refund within 14 days with the exception of the Booking Deposit Fee.

 

eGift Card purchases are NON REFUNDABLE. If you purchased products using a eGift Card and later decide to get a refund, After the full inspection of all returned items, HERBAL FANTASY will issue a new eGift Card (with the exception of shipping costs if any) within 14 days.

 

 

When issuing refunds HERBAL FANTASY can not issue cash for card transactions. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 14 days after product has been fully inspected for refund to be issued. If you’re approved a refund and waited the 14 days, please contact your financial institution.
